Great staff teams, good room with delicious breakfast buffet and good locations with 5 minutes walk to the metrobus station and a giant shopping mall with everything, a bus stop in front of this hotel and 8 minutes walk to the supermarkets crossing the footbridge. * Some noises from other guests back at midnight and the floor cleaning inside the room and outside are a bit dirt, but these are acceptable.

I cannot understand the 5 star ratings - I highly doubt their authenticity. Let the pictures speak for themselves. We had to stay there for 1 night and were very happy to get out of that place as soon as possible. Very noisy from the street outside and from the stairway inside die to some vacuum cleaning in the middle of the night. The bathroom ceiling was full of mold and overall the place was very run down. Breakfast was below average. The only good thing was the friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

It's the best hotel you can go to... Quiet, treatment, people and hotel team, and also I will not forget the fast service and good handling of the hostel... Everything is really beautiful and my visit to them was very enjoyable

I really passed a nice time at your hotel, the staffs were so friendly and kind. It’s a nice holiday with you guys see you next time. I want to add this too, housekeepers were so awesome and hard workers too I appreciate them, cleaning is came from them and I can just give just give 5 stars to the all sections.

I don’t know where all of these 5 star reviews come from ? I have booked a room for 12 days and when you compare the pictures in the internet to the reality it’s two different worlds but not a big deal I asked them for an upgrade and they offered a 1+1 room for 1100 lira per night and the next they when I tried to change the room suddenly the prices changed to 2400 lira per Night! all in all this place is not authentic and very disrespectful receptionist be-sight one guy which was in Night Shift this place is -10/10

Absolutely awesome and beautiful place! We enjoy staying here… Staff is very accommodating and caring and attentive! Sema- reception manager, speaks 8 languages and he is courteous and welcoming to everyone! He even warmed up the food for my baby on a frying pan 🙏 Thank you for everything 🙏

Bad service the place is filthy the personal is so bad that they get mad at foreigners for not speaking TURKISH i would rather stay under a bridge then this hotel
